ABOUT GECKO INTERIORS – a female Painting and Decorating Service

Gecko  Interiors was founded by Caroline Jackson when she saw there was a real need for a quality, reliable, female painting and decorating business in the North West. Caroline trained in all aspects of painting and decorating including hanging more unusual wall coverings such as wide vinyl. Having worked for several companies both in the UK and Australia, building her skill set and expertise, Caroline decided to set up her own company. The business has grown quickly, largely due to recommendations from people who have been delighted with the standard of work they have received as well as the professional and friendly nature of the staff. Caroline is passionate not just about delivering fantastic results she is also always happy to act in an advisory role for anybody who isn’t sure how to make the most of the space that they have.

Caroline has been the driving force in the development of the company and understands that steady growth, that does not compromise the standard of the work, has been key in ensuring that the reputation of excellent service and communication has not been compromised. While the business started in mainly residential painting and decorating, it has now grown and expanded into offering commercial sector services as well. Offices, shops and warehouses are among some of the commercial projects undertaken by Gecko Interiors and Caroline is keen to develop this part of the business. We had Gecko Interiors in to decorate our hall, stairs and landing. Caz came round to look at what needed doing and to talk through my ideas. She offered guidance on how to maximise the light in the hall through my choice of paper and talked me through what needed doing. They turned up when they said they would and were very clean and tidy while they were there. I needed the front of my house painting urgently for some photographs and approached Caroline to see if she could help me. Caroline came straight round to my home after our BNI meeting and we agreed a very competitive price. She started the job 2 days later and although our typical British summer tried its best to stall progress, Caroline worked continuously between showers to ensure our house was beautifully restored in time for the photographer.

Caroline was an excellent worker, nothing was too much trouble and not only do I love the finished job, we've had lots of compliments from the neighbours too. My sister recommended Caz after a bad experience with a tradesman. Caz was really busy at the time my sister wanted work doing and she wouldn't wait - something she later regretted! After having Caz and her team in to fix her poorly finished job she recommended that I should use her services.
